The hotel is conveniently located near the station, close to everything. You can easily walk to all the main attractions in the area. The rooms are comfortable, with a great shower in the bathroom. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection is good, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel offers amenities such as a free mini bar and bathrobes in some rooms.
The room sizes are a bit small.

The hotel had a great location, with many attractions within walking distance. We were able to explore the city easily and conveniently. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service.
There were some ongoing refurbishment works , with quite a bit of noise on the lower floors. This was a bit disappointing as we were hoping for a peaceful and relaxing escape.

We had a wonderful stay at Mercure. The hotel is renovated and fashionable, with a well-decorated dining area. The staff, from the reception to the kitchen, were friendly and attentive to our needs. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the metro station. The room was comfortable and the amenities, like the heating system and TV, were in perfect condition. We also appreciated the little duck toy for the kids' bath. The airport bus was a convenient and cost-effective way to reach the hotel. a comfortable and memorable trip.

Best aspects. We had an amazing stay in the old centre of the town. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions. We loved the cozy and Christmassy atmosphere in the restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious and varied breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our trip even better. The free mini-bar was a great bonus and the bed was comfortable too.
Worst aspects. Absolutely nothing.

Our room at Mercure was clean and nicely furnished. The compact size wasn't an issue for us. The location was perfect, central to everything in Vienna. Although we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, there were plenty of cafes nearby to choose from. we had a great stay at Mercure and would recommend it.

This place is in a great location, with all the beautiful buildings in the district within very easy walking distance. The neighborhood has a unique charm to it, adding to the overall experience. The staff here is very friendly and made the check-in process quick and easy. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom had a fantastic rainforest shower that was simply amazing.
This hotel is perfect for families.
